The story behind the founder titles
My journey was not a straight line. It moved through family values, small-town discipline, engineering, early internet experiments, corporate learning, SaaS growth, AI, and business building.
Why this story matters
SnehilTalks is not just my portfolio. It is my digital home for the lessons, mistakes, ventures, systems, and experiences that shaped me as a founder, CEO, venture partner and educator.
Ranchi to Bokaro
Born in Ranchi, raised in Bokaro Steel City
I was born in Ranchi, Jharkhand, but my entire schooling life was spent in Bokaro Steel City. Bokaro gave me a simple but powerful foundation. It taught me discipline, ambition, patience, and the habit of observing people deeply.
I studied at Delhi Public School, Bokaro, and lived with my parents until I completed school. That environment gave me the confidence to dream beyond my surroundings while staying grounded in family values.
Family values
A home shaped by law, education and public service
My father, Anil Kumar, is an income tax advocate from Bokaro. He studied LLM and MBA, and continues to work as a senior advocate. From him, I learned professional discipline, legal thinking, documentation, responsibility and the value of reputation.
My mother studied History deeply, completed BA and double MA in History, worked as a senior professor, later served as Principal of Chas Mahila College, Bokaro, and after leaving her Principal role, served as Chairperson of the Child Welfare Committee under the Government of Jharkhand.
Schooling
School years that built discipline
My schooling at Delhi Public School, Bokaro shaped my early personality. I was surrounded by structure, studies, competition, friendships and the belief that education could open doors beyond the city I grew up in.
Those years were not about startups or business yet. They were about building the confidence to keep learning and the ability to stay committed even when the path ahead was not fully clear.
Jalandhar
From Bokaro to Lovely Professional University
After school, I moved from Bokaro to Jalandhar to study Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Lovely Professional University. It was my first major move away from home.
Engineering gave me exposure, independence and a wider view of the world. Even though my degree was technical, my curiosity was always moving toward the internet, content, business models, marketing and how people build something from zero.
First startup
JobNewsToday and the first online business
After BTech, I built my first startup, JobNewsToday. It was not a polished company in the beginning. It was my learning ground.
I worked on content, trained writers, created content clusters, made YouTube videos, edited videos, learned social media, experimented with paid advertising, and understood how people discover information online.
Delhi and big tech
GlobalLogic, Google-related work and content systems
I moved to Delhi for work and entered the corporate technology world. At GlobalLogic, I worked on Google-related projects under GlobalLogic payroll in the content engineering department.
My work involved training newly onboarded Google raters, auditing content for machine learning, and exposure to areas connected with Google Maps, Google Translate, Google Lens, Google Knowledge Panel and Google Search.
SaaS growth
BaseApp, WPOven, CuteHR and real SaaS execution
I moved deeper into SaaS and growth through BaseApp Systems, CuteHR and WPOven. I worked on digital marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC, email automation, UI and conversion thinking, marketing budgets, client onboarding, product growth and business collaboration.
This was the phase where I became a full-stack growth operator. I learned how SaaS companies grow through content, product positioning, conversion systems, paid acquisition, automation and retention.
Enterprise marketing
Captivix, enterprise marketing and AI-led positioning
Later, I worked with Captivix as Head of Marketing, handling enterprise marketing across ERP, AI services, UNO ERP mobile app, digital transformation, content, SEO, webinars, PPC, cold email, website management, creative campaigns, video storytelling and team coordination.
This expanded my thinking from traffic and leads to enterprise positioning, buyer trust, product storytelling, global demand generation and the discipline required to build serious B2B brands.
Bengaluru and founder phase
Techlithic, Sendwo and HowToBuySaaS
I later moved to Bengaluru for business, and that is where my founder journey became more serious. I started leading Techlithic Solutions, built and scaled Sendwo, grew HowToBuySaaS, and started working more closely around AI, automation, SaaS growth, fundraising readiness, strategic partnerships and business transformation.
Today, my work is no longer limited to one role. I build companies, create products, support founders, design growth systems, teach practical skills, and continue documenting what I learn.
I grew up around law, education, public service and discipline. Later, I built my career around content, technology, SaaS, AI and growth. The common thread has always been simple: build, learn, document, scale and help others grow.
