Scope of This Policy
This Refund Policy applies to:
- Paid live courses and webinars.
- Workshops and group learning sessions.
- Corporate training and college sessions.
- Private training or advisory sessions where a separate refund agreement is not signed.
- Digital learning resources when sold directly through SnehilTalks.
Live Courses and Webinars
For paid live courses and webinars, refund eligibility depends on timing, attendance and access to session material.
- A refund request may be considered if it is made before the live session starts and before access to restricted session material is shared.
- No refund is generally provided after you attend the live session.
- No refund is generally provided if you miss the session due to your own schedule, internet, device or personal issue after access details were shared.
- If recording, templates, notes or resources are provided and accessed, the payment may become non-refundable.
Rescheduling Option
Where possible, SnehilTalks may offer a reschedule or transfer to a future batch instead of a refund. This depends on seat availability, course format and the reason for the request.
Rescheduling is not guaranteed for all sessions and must be requested before the session begins.
If a Session Is Cancelled by SnehilTalks
If SnehilTalks cancels a paid session and does not provide a suitable reschedule option, eligible participants may receive a full refund for that specific session.
If a session is postponed, participants may choose to attend the rescheduled session or request a refund if they cannot attend the new date.
Corporate Training and Private Workshops
Refunds for corporate training, college sessions, private workshops, team workshops or custom programs depend on the agreed scope, preparation work, date blocking, travel planning and written proposal terms.
- Advance payments may become non-refundable once preparation, customization or date blocking has started.
- If cancellation happens close to the scheduled date, cancellation charges may apply.
- Rescheduling may be offered where feasible.
- Any separate written agreement or proposal will override this general policy for that specific engagement.
Digital Products and Resources
Digital products, templates, recordings, downloadable resources or self-paced materials are generally non-refundable once access, download link or file delivery is provided, unless there is a duplicate payment or technical issue caused from our side that cannot be resolved.
Duplicate or Wrong Payments
If you made a duplicate payment or paid the wrong amount, contact SnehilTalks with payment proof. Verified duplicate payments may be refunded or adjusted against a future course, workshop or service.

Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 10 working days after verification. Actual credit time may depend on the payment provider, bank or platform used for payment.
Chargebacks and Misuse
If a chargeback, dispute or false payment claim is raised without first contacting SnehilTalks, access to future courses, workshops, resources or services may be restricted until the matter is resolved.
